Leyard Europe Enables Three-Day LED Retail Deployment for TSV 1860 Munich Fan Shop at Munich Airport

When the operator of the TSV 1860 Munich fan shop opened a new retail location within Munich Airport Terminal 2, creating a strong visual presence in one of Germany's busiest transport hubs was a key priority.
The project required a high-quality LED display solution capable of delivering vibrant visual performance while meeting an exceptionally demanding deployment schedule.
Working alongside technology partner CONCEPT International GmbH and AV integrator Milak TWO in ONE GmbH, Leyard Europe supplied a VHC Series Indoor LED Video Wall configured as a 5x5 cabinet display with a 1.5mm pixel pitch. The installation provides a bright, high-resolution platform for retail promotions, brand messaging and fan engagement within the store environment.
Fast Delivery Through European Manufacturing
A key factor in the project’s success was Leyard Europe’s local manufacturing capability.
With the Leyard VHC Series produced at Leyard’s European facility in Prešov, Slovakia, the team was able to respond immediately to customer requirements, enabling production, testing, shipping and installation to be completed within just three days.
The project timeline included:
- Day 1: Order received and production initiated
- Day 2: Manufacturing completed and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) successfully carried out
- Day 3: Display shipped to Munich and installation completed
This rapid turnaround was made possible through close coordination between Leyard Europe, CONCEPT International GmbH, Milak TWO in ONE GmbH and the customer, demonstrating the benefits of local manufacturing combined with strong channel partnerships.
