Autoroutes du Maroc inaugurates new Traffic Information Center
As part of the service mission of the Moroccan freeway company Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM), which gives absolute priority to highway users and their safety, ADM inaugurated a control room in the new Traffic Information Center in Rabat on March 30, 2021. The control room is equipped with tools as well as technological solutions of the latest generation and is connected to all the equipment installed on the network (cameras, traffic counting stations, information boards, displays, etc.).
This is a project, carried out by ADM, to accompany and manage the growth of highway traffic, further develop real-time traffic information, and optimize the time of interventions on the ground, the primary objective being to offer highway users the maximum safety and comfort.
To support those objectives Autoroutes du Maroc has chosen Leyard's TVF Series of LED video wall displays and netPIX video wall controllers as the centerpiece visual installation for the new Traffic Information Center in Rabat.
Highly reliable, extended lifetime and small footprint

Leyard TVF LED displays offer front serviceability and a stackable design that eliminates cabinet-to-cabinet cabling, which reduces the complexity of installation and vertical alignment. The installation of the LED video wall consisting of 14x4 lightweight 27" TVF cabinets with a narrow 1.5 mm pixel pitch is certainly very eye-catching and can be regarded as a mission-critical core of the entire Traffic Information Center operation room.
The LED wall, which is almost 10 meters wide and 3 meters high, is especially valuable when several image sources are displayed on it at once and can be viewed by several employees at the same time. This is where Leyard's powerful netPIX network controller comes into play, enabling exactly this extremely important requirement with ease.
